CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all astrology consultations, spiritual guidance sessions, healing sessions and other services offered by Arnav Astrology & Healing Services under the customer-facing brand Arnav Astrology.

By booking or purchasing any service from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this Policy.
 

1. BUSINESS IDENTITY

2. NATURE OF SERVICES

Arnav Astrology provides services including, but not limited to:

• Vedic Astrology consultations

• Birth Chart and Kundli analysis

• Personalised Karmic Alignment

• Career, business, finance and relationship guidance

• Spiritual guidance

• Gemstone and Rudraksha recommendations

• Pendulum Dowsing sessions

• Alpha Quantum Healing sessions

• Chakra and Aura Healing

• Other astrology, spiritual and wellness-oriented services offered from time to time
   

Services may be delivered online, through telephone or messaging platforms, or in person, depending on the service purchased.
 

3. NO CANCELLATION AFTER PAYMENT AND INVOICE GENERATION
 

3.1

All consultation and service payments are considered final once payment has been successfully completed and the applicable invoice has been generated.
 

3.2

Once payment has been completed and the invoice has been generated:

• The booking cannot ordinarily be cancelled by the client.

• The client is not entitled to request a refund merely because they subsequently change their mind.

• Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with an astrological interpretation, spiritual guidance, healing session or personal outcome will not ordinarily be accepted.

• A client cannot cancel a consultation solely because their circumstances, preferences or availability have changed.
   

3.3

By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and accept this Cancellation & Refund Policy before purchasing the service.
 

4. RESCHEDULING
 

4.1

Although payments are generally non-refundable after successful payment and invoice generation, Arnav Astrology may, at its discretion, consider a request to reschedule a consultation.
 

4.2

Any rescheduling request should be made as early as reasonably possible through:

4.3

Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not an automatic entitlement.
 

4.4

We reserve the right to determine the availability of alternative appointment dates and times.
 

4.5

Repeated rescheduling requests, unreasonable delays or failure to communicate may result in the booking being treated as a missed appointment.
 

5. LATE ARRIVAL
 

5.1

Clients are responsible for joining online consultations or arriving for in-person appointments at the scheduled time.
 

5.2

If a client joins or arrives late, the consultation may still end at the originally scheduled time.
 

5.3

Late arrival does not automatically entitle the client to an extension of the consultation duration or a refund.
 

6. MISSED APPOINTMENTS / NO-SHOW
 

6.1

If a client fails to attend or join a scheduled consultation without prior communication, the appointment may be treated as a No-Show.
 

6.2

A No-Show does not ordinarily qualify for a refund.
 

6.3

Where circumstances reasonably justify rescheduling, Arnav Astrology may, at its discretion, offer an alternative appointment subject to availability.
 

7. CLIENT-PROVIDED INFORMATION
 

7.1

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information required for their consultation, including where applicable:

• Name

• Date of Birth

• Birth Time

• Birth Place

• Contact information

• Questions or concerns relevant to the consultation
   

7.2

If incorrect or incomplete birth information is provided, the resulting astrological interpretation may be affected.
 

7.3

Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client does not ordinarily qualify the client for a refund or cancellation.
 

8. DISSATISFACTION WITH CONSULTATION OR RESULTS
 

8.1

Astrology and spiritual/wellness services are interpretive and experiential in nature.
 

8.2

Different individuals may interpret or experience guidance differently.
 

8.3

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, events, financial gains, relationship outcomes, career outcomes, health outcomes or other future results.
 

8.4

Therefore, dissatisfaction with an interpretation, prediction, recommendation, healing experience or personal outcome does not ordinarily constitute grounds for a refund.
 

8.5

Purchasing a service does not constitute a guarantee of a particular result or outcome.
 

9. CONSULTATION PACKAGE TERMS
 

9.1

Each consultation package has its own stated duration, inclusions and conditions.
 

9.2

If a package includes complimentary services, follow-up support or additional benefits, those benefits are subject to the conditions stated for the relevant package.
 

9.3

Failure to use an included benefit within the applicable period does not automatically create an entitlement to a cash refund.
 

9.4

A consultation described as having “No Question Limit” remains subject to the consultation duration specified for that particular package.
 

10. DUPLICATE OR INCORRECT PAYMENTS
 

10.1

If you believe that:

• You were charged more than once for the same transaction;

• You were charged an incorrect amount due to a technical or payment-processing error; or

• A payment was made but the transaction status appears incorrect,

please contact us as soon as possible.
 

10.2

We will review the transaction and, where a genuine duplicate or payment-processing error is verified, take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law and the payment provider's procedures.
 

10.3

Please provide the relevant transaction or payment reference when contacting us.
 

11. IF WE CANCEL OR ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE
 

11.1

In exceptional circumstances, Arnav Astrology & Healing Services may need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment due to circumstances on our side.
 

11.2

Where we cancel a confirmed service and are unable to provide a reasonable alternative appointment, we may, as appropriate:

• Offer an alternative appointment; or

• Provide a refund for the affected service.
   

11.3

Any refund in such circumstances will be processed using the applicable payment method or payment-processing mechanism, subject to the procedures of the relevant payment provider.
 

12. FORCE MAJEURE AND THIRD-PARTY TECHNICAL ISSUES
 

12.1

We shall not be responsible for delays or inability to provide a service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Internet or telecommunications outages

• Payment gateway failures

• WhatsApp or third-party platform outages

• Power failures

• Natural disasters

• Government restrictions

• Serious technical failures

• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
   

12.2

Where reasonably possible, we will attempt to reschedule an affected service.

14. LEGAL RIGHTS

Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or override any statutory right, remedy or protection that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

Where applicable law provides a mandatory refund, remedy or consumer protection, such legal requirement will prevail over any conflicting provision of this Policy.
 

15. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
 

Arnav Astrology & Healing Services reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time.

Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

The policy applicable to a confirmed booking will generally be the policy in effect at the time the booking was made, subject to applicable law.
