As of the date of this policy, Arnav Astrology primarily offers astrology consultations and spiritual healing services and does not currently sell or ship physical products through this website.

1.2 Accordingly, there are presently no shipping, delivery, courier, or physical-product fulfilment obligations associated with bookings made through this website.
 

1.3 Any consultation, report, or digital service purchased through the website will be delivered electronically or conducted through the communication method specified at the time of booking.
 

2. Consultation & Digital Service Delivery
 

2.1 Once payment has been successfully received and the booking is confirmed, the client will be contacted using the contact information provided during booking.
 

2.2 Depending on the service purchased, consultations may be conducted through:

• WhatsApp or other messaging platforms;

• Voice or video calls;

• Other online communication methods communicated by us.
   

2.3 Any digital reports or documents included with a consultation will be provided electronically through an appropriate digital channel.
 

2.4 Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and being available at the agreed consultation time.
 

3. Exchange Policy
 

3.1 Since the services currently offered are consultancy-based and/or digital in nature, there is no physical product exchange facility at present.
 

3.2 Consultation services, once booked and payment has been successfully completed, cannot be exchanged for another service or converted into another package, unless expressly approved by Arnav Astrology & Healing Services in exceptional circumstances.
 

3.3 Any such exception will be considered solely at the discretion of Arnav Astrology & Healing Services and will not create an obligation to provide similar exceptions in future cases.
 

4. Future Physical Products
 

4.1 If Arnav Astrology & Healing Services introduces physical products, including gemstones, Rudraksha, spiritual products, or other merchandise, a separate shipping, return, replacement, and exchange policy may be introduced and displayed on the website.
 

4.2 The applicable policy for any future physical product purchase will be communicated at the time of purchase and may contain product-specific terms relating to shipping charges, delivery timelines, damaged products, returns, replacements, and exchanges.

6.1 While we make reasonable efforts to provide consultations at the scheduled time, unforeseen technical, personal, or operational circumstances may occasionally require a session to be rescheduled.
 

6.2 In such circumstances, Arnav Astrology & Healing Services may offer an alternative appointment time.
 

6.3 Any rescheduling initiated by us will be communicated to the client as soon as reasonably possible.
