2. NATURE OF SERVICES

Arnav Astrology & Healing Services provides astrology and spiritual/wellness-oriented services, which may include:

The available mode of delivery may vary depending on the service booked.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1

You must be at least 18 years of age to independently book or use our services.

3.2

By using our services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law.

3.3

If a parent or legal guardian seeks information or services concerning a person under 18 years of age, the parent or legal guardian must make the booking and provide the necessary consent.

4. INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE CLIENT

4.1

Certain services require personal information, including but not limited to:

• Name

• Date of Birth

• Birth Time

• Birth Place

• Contact information

• Questions or concerns relevant to the consultation

4.2

You are responsible for providing information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

4.3

Astrological interpretations may be affected by inaccurate or incomplete birth information. We are not responsible for inaccuracies arising from incorrect information supplied by you.

4.4

If you do not know your exact birth time, you should inform us before or during the consultation where relevant.

5. APPOINTMENTS, BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

5.1

Consultations and services are provided by prior appointment unless otherwise specified.

5.2

Services may be booked through our website, booking system, WhatsApp, or another booking channel authorised by us.

5.3

The applicable service fee, duration and inclusions will be displayed on the website or communicated to you before payment.

5.4

We reserve the right to change our service prices, packages or offerings from time to time. Changes will not retrospectively affect a booking that has already been confirmed and paid for.

5.5

Payment must be made through the payment methods made available or authorised by Arnav Astrology.

5.6

A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment has been received, unless we expressly confirm otherwise.

5.7

An invoice or payment confirmation may be issued after successful payment in accordance with our applicable billing and payment procedures.

6. CONSULTATION DURATION AND SCOPE

6.1

Each consultation package has a stated duration and scope.

6.2

For consultations described as having a time limit, the consultation will conclude when the stated consultation duration expires.

6.3

A consultation described as having “No Question Limit” does not mean unlimited consultation time. The consultation remains subject to the duration specified for the purchased package.

6.4

Any complimentary follow-up support included in a package is limited to the period and scope expressly stated in that package.

6.5

Complimentary services included with a package are subject to availability and may be scheduled separately where necessary.

7. CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING AND REFUNDS

7.1

Our Cancellation & Refund Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read together with it.

7.2

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, payments for consultations and services are non-refundable once payment has been successfully completed and the applicable invoice has been generated.

7.3

Cancellation requests made after successful payment and invoice generation will therefore generally not qualify for a refund.

7.4

Where reasonably possible, and subject to availability, we may consider a request to reschedule a consultation. Rescheduling is not an automatic entitlement and may be subject to conditions communicated at the time of the request.

7.5

If Arnav Astrology & Healing Services needs to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment due to circumstances on our side, we may, as appropriate:

• Offer an alternative appointment time; or

• Provide a refund where applicable.

7.6

Nothing in this section is intended to exclude or restrict any refund, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

8. LATE ARRIVAL AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS

8.1

Clients are responsible for joining an online session or arriving for an in-person appointment at the scheduled time.

8.2

If a client arrives late, the consultation may still end at the originally scheduled time.

8.3

If a client fails to attend a scheduled consultation without prior communication, the session may be treated as a missed appointment and no refund may be provided, subject to applicable law.

8.4

Where circumstances reasonably justify rescheduling, we may consider doing so at our discretion and subject to availability.

9. NO GUARANTEES

9.1

Astrology and spiritual/energy-based practices are interpretive and experiential disciplines.

9.2

Although we aim to provide thoughtful, personalised and sincere guidance, we do not guarantee any specific event, outcome, result, financial gain, relationship outcome, career outcome, health outcome or other future event.

9.3

Astrological interpretations may differ between practitioners and may involve interpretation of probabilities, patterns, tendencies and timing.

9.4

You acknowledge that your decisions, circumstances, actions, choices and external factors may influence the outcomes of situations discussed during a consultation.

10. HEALTH, MEDICAL, LEGAL AND FINANCIAL DISCLAIMER

10.1

Our astrology and healing services do not constitute:

• Medical diagnosis or treatment

• Medical or psychiatric care

• Psychological counselling or psychotherapy

• Legal advice

• Tax advice

• Financial or investment advice

10.2

Healing and energy-based services offered by Arnav Astrology are complementary spiritual/wellness practices and should not be represented as medical treatment.

10.3

If you have a medical, psychological, legal or financial concern requiring professional expertise, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

10.4

Do not delay, discontinue or modify professional medical treatment, medication or other professional care based solely on information received through our services.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11.1

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arnav Astrology & Healing Services, its partners, practitioners, representatives and service providers shall not be responsible for losses or damages arising from decisions, actions or omissions made by a client based on an astrology reading, spiritual guidance session or healing service.

11.2

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the website, booking system or online communication platforms.

11.3

We shall not be responsible for failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, telecommunications failures, payment gateway failures, third-party platform failures, technical problems, natural events or other force majeure circumstances.

11.4

To the extent permitted by applicable law, if any liability is legally established against Arnav Astrology & Healing Services in connection with a specific paid service, our liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for that specific service.

11.5

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
